Overview

Team Lead (Part-Time) - Corner Brook Plaza. As a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive team environment. Drive store success by leading the team to achieve sales and profit goals, and contribute to recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adaptability to changing situations, environments, responsibilities, and schedules is essential.

• Drive store performance by aligning with company objectives and KPIs.
• Lead daily operations: manage policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and staff scheduling.
• Execute merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and on-the-spot training.
• Foster open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Minimum of 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide a team toward goals.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong multitasking skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
