Senior Accountant

Our client seeks a skilled Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong foundation in general ledger management, cash reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage sensitive financial data with discretion and accuracy.

This role is on-site in Forest Grove, Oregon.

• Oversee general ledger maintenance, cash management, cost analysis, and financial reporting to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Ensure integrity of financial data by preparing and analyzing journal entries, reports, and reconciliations for sales, costs, earnings, and taxes.
• Assist with year-end audit reviews and support improvements in financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Prepare property tax filings ensuring accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or related industries a plus.
• Knowledge of fixed assets/depreciation, cash reconciliations, and property tax filing functions.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, or similar); advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
