Caton Construction Group – Dozer Operator
Caton Construction Group, one of The Caton Companies, is growing in Mecklenburg County, NC. We are currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our roadway project in Cornelius.
Responsibilities- Assist in moving, grading, and excavating dirt, digging ditches and trenches, and hoisting material and equipment.
- Operate bulldozers, backhoes, road graders, and front‑end loaders safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Maintain equipment daily and report defects or repairs to the supervisor.
