Position Overview

The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist supports the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns across Hub Spot (Franchise Development) and Loop Spark (Burn Brands). This role focuses on building email/SMS campaigns, maintaining CRM segmentation, and supporting cross‑brand communication efforts for Nutrition, Burn On Demand, Activewear, and Podcast funnels. Working under the direction of the Performance Campaign Manager, this role is responsible for implementing nurture flows, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring campaign assets are delivered on time.

Franchise

Development CRM Support (Hub Spot)
  • Build and maintain nurture emails, automations, and follow‑up sequences.
  • Assist with segmentation, filtering, and basic lead scoring setup.
  • Update CRM records and workflows as part of funnel maintenance.
  • Support campaign execution aligned with Sales follow‑up and Fran Dev promotions.
Cross-Brand Lifecycle Campaign Execution ( Loop Spark )
  • Build email and SMS campaigns for Nutrition, BOD, Activewear, and Podcast funnels.
  • Set up and QA automations that support trials, upsells, and retention workflows.
  • Maintain audience segments (members, non‑members, trials, past purchasers).
  • Support the execution of promo calendar campaigns and cross‑brand launches.
Campaign Implementation, Testing & Retargeting
  • Assist in building MOF drips, retargeting sequences, and follow‑up flows.
  • Execute A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, and content.
  • Coordinate with Web & Paid Media to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Pull campaign performance reports that support optimization.
BOD App Lifecycle Support
  • Build and update nurture sequences for digital interest → trial → membership flows.
  • Assist in maintaining automations tied to BOD release calendars.
  • Export and organize performance insights to support Manager and BI partners.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting Support
  • Maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Ensure UTMs and tagging are applied correctly to campaigns.
  • Support data hygiene tasks and assist BI with routine reporting accuracy checks.
Internal Enablement Support
  • Update CRM templates and basic campaign resources for internal use.
  • Provide light CRM support to franchise teams (e.g., template usage, troubleshooting).
Platform Administration Assistance
  • Perform day‑to‑day updates within Hub Spot and Loop Spark (lists, workflows, contact updates).
  • Assist with requests and testing when new features or integrations are implemented.
  • Support compliance tasks (opt‑ins, SMS/email rules).
Key KPIs & Success Metrics
  • Email/SMS deliverability, open rates, CTR, and engagement.
  • Accuracy of segmentation and CRM hygiene.
  • Completion and quality of campaign builds.
  • Trial → paid conversion support for cross‑brand funnels.
  • Fran Dev nurture engagement (opens, clicks, follow‑up engagement).
  • On‑time delivery of campaigns and automations.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one major CRM platform (Hub Spot, Loop Spark, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with building email/SMS automations, lists, and segments.
  • Basic understanding of lifecycle funnels and customer journeys.
  • Experience with A/B testing, tagging/UTMs, and reporting dashboards a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with data‑entry and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fitness, franchise, or subscription‑based business experience preferred but not required.
