Enterprise Applications Manager
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Onsite in Cornelius, NC

- Own relationships with external technology partners and agencies
- Serve as the go-to person for vendor coordination and delivery tracking
- Translate business needs into clear plans, priorities, and expectations
- Keep initiatives moving by managing timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups
- Lead vendor check-ins and progress reviews
- Step in early when things drift off track — and bring them back into focus
- Partner closely with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology
- Bring structure and visibility to work that spans multiple vendors and systems
- Document ownership, scope, and delivery commitments so nothing falls through the cracks
You’ll work closely with vendors supporting systems such as:
- Payroll and HR platforms
- Financial and accounting systems
- Online commerce tools
- Customer and franchise-facing platforms
- Support and ticketing systems
- Workflow automation and data integrations
- AI and emerging technology initiatives
You won’t be configuring or coding these systems. You’ll be ensuring the right work gets done by the right partners.
What You Will Need- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing technology vendors, agencies, or external partners
- Background owning or supporting business applications or enterprise systems such as:
- Netsuite
- ADP
- Shopify
- Hubspot
- Celigo
- ChatGPT
- Zendesk
- Fran Connect
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable pushing for clarity, accountability, and results
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
