Home Careolina is the premier non-medical home care agency in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area that provides a wide range of in home care services. Home Careolina is locally owned and operated by two women and is not controlled by a large franchise organization. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Qualified candidates can get started working right away! We are looking for CNAs, PCAs, or caregivers with personal care experience to join our team. Candidates will provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, transfer assistance, grooming, and meal preparation. They will also be responsible for providing companionship, running errands, and providing transportation to medical appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.

• 7:30a-11:30a & 4p-8p 7 days a week in Davidson
• Tue/Thur/Fri 10a-2p & 5p-9p in Cornelius
• Sat/Sun 8a-3p in Davidson
• Monday-Friday 10a-5p Charlotte

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assist with transfers when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.

• Caregiving experience
• Assisted living or nursing home experience preferred
• Ability to assist with ADLs and patient care
• Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
• Knowledge of providing direct support, senior care, and hospice care
• Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
• Comfortable with long term care and home & community care settings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
