This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Associate, based in Cornelius, NC. The Client Associate will assist with client service operations, support financial advisors, and manage client communications. You will have responsibility for the firm s marketing activities. Responsibilities include addressing client questions, coordinating meetings, managing website and social media, and ensuring smooth interactions between clients and the advisory team to maintain high-quality service.

• Proficiency in Client Services and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support and communicate with clients
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to manage detailed tasks related to financial planning and investment management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of Finance and experience working in a financial services environment
• Sales acumen and ability to identify client needs and support business development activities
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in a client-facing or customer service role is a plus
