Your Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take a leading role in designing and developing electrical systems for customer projects and internal innovations in:

  • Automation & Controls
  • Product Development
  • Machine Design

You will apply advanced electrical engineering principles to create, optimize, and troubleshoot designs while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Electrical System Design:
    Lead complex PCB designs, circuit development, and embedded system integration.
  • Mentorship & Technical Guidance:
    Provide mentorship to junior engineers by reviewing circuit designs, assisting with debugging, and offering guidance on best practices in electrical engineering. Encourage professional growth and knowledge‑sharing within the team.
  • Firmware & Software Development:
    Develop embedded system firmware and software solutions for electrical applications.
  • Automation & Control Systems:
    Design and implement advanced PLC and DCS applications for automation and process control.
  • System Integration & Optimization:
    Lead efforts to integrate electrical and software components, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
  • Innovation & Research:
    Introduce new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance electrical design capabilities.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Support project planning, feasibility assessments, and contribute to Statements of Work during the sales process.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and company quality requirements.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred).
  • Experience:

    7+ years of experience in electrical design, system integration, and automation.
  • Technical

    Skills:
    • Expertise in PCB design and circuit development.
    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java, or equivalent).
    • Experience with industrial automation and control systems (PLC/DCS programming).
    • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
    • High level of technical proficiency in power management and circuit design using Altium.
  • Work Requirements:
    Full‑time, onsite collaboration is essential for team integration.
Compensation
  • Pay: $125,000 - $150,000 per year. Where candidates fall within the pay range is dependent on factors such as years of applicable experience.
