We’re hiring a Client Operations Specialist to serve as the frontline partner for our advisor clients. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment and takes ownership of outcomes—not just tasks.
Client Operations Specialist – Hybrid | Cornelius, NC What You’ll Do- Own new business processing from start to finish with speed and accuracy
- Partner directly with financial advisors, carriers, RIAs, and IMOs
- Proactively solve problems, reduce cycle times, and protect client trust
- Build strong, professional relationships rooted in consistency and follow‑through
- Uphold and represent The Admin Effect’s accountability‑driven culture
- Detail‑obsessed, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- A clear, confident communicator
- Accountable — you own results and learn quickly
- Comfortable working with high‑performing advisors and fast‑moving priorities
- Eager to grow in the financial services space
- Experience supporting operations within a fast‑growing, service‑based business (professional services, consulting, or financial/insurance preferred)
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, accountability, and client outcomes
- Experience working across teams where collaboration and follow‑through matter
- Background in client service, service delivery, or operations with measurable results
- Comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and accountability tools (EOS familiarity a plus)
- Solutions‑oriented with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute
- Business‑minded with an understanding of how operations impact results
