• 3-10+ years’ experience in Automotive Repair
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company set metrics and goals
• Positive, Self‑motivated, high sense of urgency, goal‑oriented and with the ability to work within a fast‑paced environment
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
