The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment, handle merchandise, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training and operate necessary equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, operate vehicle, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
