• Run a profitable restaurant, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness meet McDonald’s critical customer standards.
• Work with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers.
• Ensure restaurant meets operational, staffing, scheduling, and performance objectives.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick service restaurants; hospitality or retail experience also desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
