Position Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Nettleton, MS
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (up to 5:30 PM as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Operations supervisor to support daily operations within a manufacturing facility in Nettleton, MS
. This role requires hands-on experience with AS/400 systems and RF scanning equipment
. As a lead-level position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational knowledge and the ability to develop into a future department lead
.

All candidates will be interviewed prior to an offer being extended.

• Perform operational and inventory-related tasks using AS/400 software
• Utilize RF scanners to track materials and support workflow accuracy
• Assist with coordinating daily production activities
• Monitor processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
• Uphold all safety, quality, and operational standards
• Show initiative and leadership potential for advancement

• Prior experience working with AS/400 systems
• Experience using RF scanning devices
• Background in manufacturing or operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and capable of leading by example
• Flexible to work extended hours as required

• On-site role in a manufacturing environment
