Practice Overview

• Full-service ENT program with complete autonomy
• General otolaryngology procedures with optional facial trauma coverage
• Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
• Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time

Schedule

• Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
• Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple times per week)
• Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
• Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• $650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
• $75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
