A Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and finances. You will create strong client relationships, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales or marketing experience
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
