FSNB is a full-service bank that has been family owned and operated for over 75 years. We are currently seeking friendly, adaptable individuals to join our team as an entry-level Retail Banker.

Most of our locations are within Walmart, offering customers the convenience of “banking where you shop” while providing prospecting and sales opportunities to grow our business. Retail Bankers conduct general office work, banking transactions, sales, cross sales, account opening, and account management while providing extraordinary customer service.

FSNB provides paid training and promotes from within, offering career growth opportunities such as team leaders, supervisors, bank officers, and branch managers. All qualifications can be acquired through on-the-job training with no finance or accounting experience necessary.
