Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to maintain our supply database for reporting and planning purposes. The role involves evaluating Material Resource Planning reports to direct Purchase Orders to appropriate suppliers. You will also maintain Purchase Order delivery information and communicate changes to internal stakeholders across multiple sites and categories. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining policy and procedure documentation and support the Supply Chain team in tracking price and contract discrepancies.

This position requires working with minimal supervision on a variety of complex tasks, adapting procedures as necessary.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain supply database for reporting and planning purposes.

+ Evaluate Material Resource Planning report to direct Purchase Orders to appropriate suppliers.

+ Maintain Purchase Order delivery information and communicate changes to internal stakeholders.

+ Assist in maintaining policy and procedure documentation.

+ Support the Supply Chain team in tracking price and contract discrepancies.

+ Assist with management for continuous improvement.

+ Work independently on complex tasks, adapting procedures as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in supply chain, purchasing, and ordering.

+

Experience with reporting tools and documentation management.

+ Ability to provide cross-functional support to the Supply Chain Department.

+ Skills in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and customer service.

+ Ability to manage purchase orders and buyer purchasing.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ College degree preferred; some college with practical work experience may substitute.

+ 0 to 2 years' experience in commodity procurement or rail logistics.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

+

Experience with Power BI is preferred.

Work Environment

The role is based onsite at corporate headquarters, working in an office setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cordova, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $59000.00/yr.

Company offers health, vision, dental, 401k.
