Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) - ISUDT

Location: Corcoran, California

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)

Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to support the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical setting in Corcoran, CA. This full-time contract role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly payroll, and the potential to transition into a permanent state position with full benefits.

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver brief counseling, individual therapy, and group sessions
• Provide treatment services aligned with ISUDT program standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate and plan care
• Facilitate transitional care by assessing patient needs and connecting them with post-release community resources
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems
• Develop and contribute to individualized, solution-focused treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, and support discharge and transfer coordination
• Participate in all required trainings, meetings, case conferences, and clinical committees

• Experience: Minimum 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
• Licensure: Active MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification: Valid Photo , Drivers License, or Passport
