  Monday to Friday
• Ability to commute/relocate:
  Hungerford RG17 7TJ
  : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Managing individual customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinating with warehouse teams and CRMs.
• Managing invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Building strong customer relationships via meetings and phone calls

• 1+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Windows Office and logistics management systems
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work weekends on a very limited basis
• A person who thrives within a team environment, and who shares our company values
