Working closely with some of our customers, such as ASOS, River Island, Iceland, Sainsbury’s and hundreds more, our two-year graduate development programme encompasses structured rotations in both warehouse and transport functions, covering roles such as First Line and Shift Manager. With mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to gain a professional qualification (CMI), you’ll build the foundations of a successful long-term career.

Operational Management Graduate pay, benefits and more:

You’ll be offered a starting salary of £29,000 per annum, rising to £31,000 in your second year

What you’ll be involved in as an Operational Management Graduate across our Warehouse and Transport functions:

Supply chain and logistics management – from the foundations of the operation, through to managing a high-performing team

Process improvement and efficiencies

Team and stakeholder coordination

Data analysis and reporting

Compliance and risk management

Leadership and development

What you need to succeed as an Operational Management Graduate:

A degree of a 2:1 or above in any discipline

Ability to be flexible and work across any site around the UK (you may need to relocate throughout the two-year programme)
