Position: Electrician / Wiring Technician
ECHO Personnel is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician / Wiring Technician to join our clients busy manufacturing team in Corby . Our client is a well-established manufacturer of conveyor and material handling equipment, supplying high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions to distribution and logistics operations across the UK and internationally. Pay Rate: £13.00 £ 14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Day Shift, Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems in conveyor units and workshop equipment Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute installations accurately Utilise hand tools, power tools, and test equipment effectively to complete electrical tasks Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues Collaborate with mechanical and assembly teams to ensure seamless project execution Adhere to safety regulations, company procedures, and best practices at all times Document work completed and report any discrepancies or issues encountered Requirements:
Proven experience as an electrician, wiring technician, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Competent using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good level of spoken and written English If you are interested, please apply by submitting your CV.
