Are you an experienced Glazier/Window Fitter ready for your next challenge? Our well-established client has a requirement for a Glazier/Window Fitter to join their friendly manufacturing Corby based site.

This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will play a key part in meeting production targets and maintaining the high-quality standards the business is renowned for.

• Measure window and door openings with precision to determine the appropriate materials and fit.
• Fit and secure frames, sashes, glass panes, and associated hardware.
• Seal joints and edges to ensure insulation, weatherproofing, and energy efficiency.
• Use hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, grinders, and glazing tools.
• Adhere to health & safety standards and comply with building regulations.

• Strong practical and hands‑on skills, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Competence with tools and safe working practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves lifting.
• Experience in window fitting or glazing is preferred, though training will be provided.
