Are you an experienced ready for your next challenge? Our well-established client has a requirement for a Window Fabricator to join their friendly manufacturing Corby based site.

This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will play a key part in meeting production targets and maintaining the high-quality standards the business is renowned for.

The Role

As a valued member of the team, your day‑to‑day duties will include:

Fit frames, sashes, glass panes, trims, hinges, and locking systems
Ensure all installations are aligned, insulated, sealed, and weatherproof
Measure openings accurately to ensure correct fitting and materials
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow building regulations and company safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on customer properties
Communicate professionally with team members

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

Strong practical and hands‑on skills, with good attention to detail.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation instructions.
Competence with tools and safe working practices.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves lifting.
Experience in window fitting or glazing is preferred, though training will be provided.
