Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimal efficiency Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems

About You:

Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent) Proven experience within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, conveyors, and automated systems Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work Panama shifts (days & nights) If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills, then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
