Competitive ECHO Personnel are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mold Setter to join a fast-paced, high-volume team in Corby on a PERMANENT basis. Set up, start-up, and optimize injection molding machines. Monitor production, check quality with calipers and optical tools, and reduce material scrap. Troubleshoot processing issues, maintain equipment, and document process changes. Provide feedback on mold design and assist Tool & Die Makers in optimizing molds. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe, efficient workspace. What were looking for: 35 years of experience in plastic injection mold setting and processing .

Knowledge of molding machines, overhead cranes, injection tools, and parts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly. Self-organized, motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. Shift pattern:
