Paint Sprayer​/Technician

Location: NN17
Pay: £16.71 £ 19.65 per hour
Hours: 06:00am 16:00pm
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Must be over 21 yr Old due to insurance

We are recruiting for an experienced Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer to join a busy and professional bodyshop operation. This role is focused on delivering high-quality paint finishes using modern techniques and equipment, ensuring vehicles meet required standards before release. The position is well suited to a skilled painter who takes pride in precision, quality, and efficiency.

• Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking and panel preparation when required

• Spray painting vehicles using water-based paint systems

• Checking paint colour accuracy and producing spray-out cards to ensure correct colour matching

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly

• Supporting other bodyshop departments when required

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Willingness to support junior technicians and share technical knowledge

• A strong passion for the motor industry with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

• Excellent attention to detail
