Paint Polisher

Location: NN17
Pay: £16.00 £ 17.00 per hour
Hours: 06:00am 15:00pm
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an experienced Paint Polisher to join a busy and professional bodyshop operation. This role is key to ensuring vehicles are finished to a high standard before release, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. The position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering excellent finishes and supporting team success.

• Polishing newly painted panels to remove dirt inclusions and achieve a factory-standard finish

• Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects

• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and company procedures are followed

• Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency

• Supporting and training new team members when required

• Previous experience in a similar role (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Willingness to support junior technicians and share knowledge

• A strong passion for the motor industry with pride in high-quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

• Excellent attention to detail
