Are you a Plant Operative or similar looking to join an ambitious company at the forefront of their niche, offering a vast amount of on‑the‑job training alongside scope to progress into senior and management roles in the future?

In this hands‑on role, you will operate the liquid storage tanks to load and unload waste, ensuring the plant runs smoothly while always maintaining site cleanliness and company standards.

Founded over 10 years ago, this aerobic digestion company is working positively to create a sustainable impact on the environment. We are rapidly growing, becoming market leaders, and plan to expand across the country, backed by our investors.

• Loading and unloading high‑end machinery to keep all systems running smoothly.
• Monitoring plant performance with SCADA systems.
• Working 9 hours a day from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week).
• One Saturday a month paid at 1.5×.
