Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Salary: £44,000–£46,000 + Call‑Out Allowance + Overtime (OTE £50,000+)

Hours: Double Days (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00), Monday–Friday + Call‑Out (1 in 6 weeks - OPTIONAL)

• Plan and manage preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS
• Diagnose and repair electrical control systems, mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, inverters, and 3‑phase equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support safety initiatives
• Carry out routine, preventative and reactive repairs to on‑site machinery

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent) + 17th/18th Edition
• Apprentice‑trained (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
