- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Annual performance bonus, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, private healthcare, and other benefits typical of a FTSE‑listed company.
- Family‑friendly policies including £500 a year for monitoring & consultation of ongoing health conditions such as diabetes or asthma.
- Support for neurodiverse colleagues with diagnosis and post‑diagnostic support.
- Support for women at different life stages, from fertility support to menopause monitoring.
- Enhanced coverage for LGBTQ+ community, including support for trans colleagues.
- Fertility coverage including IVF for lesbian couples and information/support around surrogacy and adoption for all.
