This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the wider finance function.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:

• Entering customer orders.
• Processing customer invoices accurately and in line with contractual terms.
• Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue accounts.
• Resolving queries/discrepancies promptly.
• Supporting treasury activities.
• Cashflow monitoring.
• Bank reconciliations and ensuring the timely resolution of variances.
• Supporting foreign exchange reporting and payment processing as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance team.

• Previous experience in sales ledger is required.
• You will be IT literate.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is required.

• Monday – Friday 37 hours (flexible)
