Are you a Health & Safety Advisor with a NEBOSH certificate looking for a highly autonomous and rewarding role, where you can truly make a change and implement processes within a long-standing and highly regarded manufacturer?

Are you looking to take the reins and develop HSE standards, where you will have direct involvement in the business achieving ISO 14001 accreditation?

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and managing KPIs, conducting audits and risk assessments, and overseeing a junior Advisor within a busy manufacturer. You will have plenty of say in the direction of the company, making this a truly rewarding position.

Founded nearly 30 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products to industries such as power generation, marine, telecoms, and rail. With over 100 employees globally and operating in numerous countries, they are looking to continue their steady growth for years to come.

This role would suit an HSE Advisor or similar looking to help a reputable manufacturer gain their ISO 14001 accreditation, having an influential say in their growth.

The Role:

Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to HSE standards
Implementing and managing KPIs, overseeing a junior Advisor
Working to achieve ISO 14001 accreditation in the business
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
