This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Corby and on customer sites in the UK and EU. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor systems while ensuring optimal operation and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks may include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting equipment, resolving technical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. The individual will also document completed work, support the training of customer operators, and collaborate with the team to continuously improve service processes.

• Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues with conveyor equipment
• Skills in communication, customer service, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
• Proficient in maintaining detailed service records and documentation
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site role
• Previous experience in the material handling industry or field service environment is a plus
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field
