The Role

You’ll start in a hybrid position, gaining hands‑on experience across several key areas of the business:

* Bid Writing

* Estimating

* Business Development

* Client communication and project support

* General pre‑construction and commercial tasks

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you, support you and help you grow into a confident construction professional.
