Shifts: 8 and 12-hour shifts available with flexible scheduling options!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Ensure our residents receive essential social and emotional support
• Report vital information on resident conditions to Nurses
• Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and meals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA or SRNA certification in the State of Kentucky
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
