*** Certified professional caregiver working under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse.
* Responsible for providing assigned care according to scope of practice
* Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.
* Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.
* All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.

I.
** Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
*** High school graduate or equivalent.
* Current Kentucky Nurse Aid Certification required or successful completion of Fundamentals of nursing-(first semester)-in an accredited Nursing program and validation of a clinical rotation consistent with level of education.
* Certifications based on unit worked:  + BLS  + LTA  + CNA Patient Deterioration  + CPI
* Possess basic knowledge of medical terminology
