• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
• Utilize smartphone-basedloss technology to process rentals and inventory
• Move and congregation U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper maintenance
• Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and overall condition
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in safety training and use protective gear as needed
• Ability to work in a moderately risky environment with moving parts and chemicals

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
• Certification in forklift operation or willingness分快三 to obtain
• Ability to fill propane and install hitches (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
