This is a Per Diem position for an Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) provider who plays a key role within the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) framework. The OLP provides specialized, community‑based clinical services to youth ages 5 through 21 and their families. The Per Diem OLP carries a minimum caseload of five youth and may not exceed nineteen payable hours per week.

• Conduct comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, direct psychotherapy, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to each youth’s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, referring providers, and community supports to promote clinical progress.
• Use evidence‑based interventions for childhood mental health disorders and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in the Electronic Health Record (Avatar) and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in CFTSS team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Adhere to agency safety policies, confidentiality laws, and mandated reporter training.
• Travel to clients in the home and community settings; a personal vehicle is required.

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and families.
• Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean record and reliable, insured transportation.
