Overview
TA Dedicated is hiring CDL‑A Truck Drivers for a dedicated 3M division. The operating area covers the lower 48 states. Expect home‑weekly lane averaging 2,000‑2,600 miles per week with home weekends most weekends.
Compensation & Benefits- Average weekly pay: $1,600 – $1,800
- Annual earnings: $83,000 – $94,000
- New‑hire transition bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)
- Referral bonus: $3,000 per qualified driver referred
- Orientation bonus: $250 per day for 2‑day paid orientation
- Travel schedule: 2 weeks out, 2‑3 days home
- Average miles: 2,000 – 2,600 miles per week
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k) with company match.
Requirements- Hazmat endorsement required
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum 6 months recent tractor‑trailer experience
- Valid CDL‑A
- DOT qualified
- Must pass comprehensive drug test
- Satisfactory safety and employment history
Full‑time, Entry level, Management and Manufacturing function, Travel Arrangements industry. No high school diploma or college degree required; on‑job training provided.
