PositionSummary
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that delivers exceptional customer service both in‑person and over the phone. The primary goal is to meet and exceed customer needs through energetic engagement, effective communication, and time‑management of service appointments. The Salesperson also handles all transaction procedures with precision, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
