We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time at Store 1357-Coral Ridge Mall, maurices-Coralville, IA 52241. We are looking for individuals with a passion for fashion who can deliver exceptional service our customers know, love, and deserve.

• As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylist), create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.

• Be customer-obsessed, led by loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cashier responsibilities: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices visual and operational standards with a strong customer focus
• Support product flow/shipping and receiving; assist in omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pickup

• at least 16 years of age
• ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds

• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
