About The Team The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
Role format Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.
Responsibilities- Explain product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery to build brand loyalty and emulate authentic engagement with fans.
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with our fans.
- Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations through excellent product knowledge.
- Craft loyal fans by fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
- Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with increased availability during peak times (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
- Support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- You are a results-oriented seller.
- You demonstrate care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You can connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
- You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
- Flexible schedule with 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times or events.
