Stuff Etc Quality Consignment Store is looking for a talented Retail Merchandising Supervisor/Furniture Team Lead to join our Coralville location. We are looking for an adaptable, quality, charitable, energetic, dependable, friendly and unique individual to lead our associates and assist our customers and consignors.
The Retail Merchandising Supervisor/Furniture Team Lead is responsible in ensuring all employees on the sales floor are meeting productivity requirements, following policies & procedures and customers/consignors are the top priority. This supervisor is responsible for ensuring items are being stocked in a timely manner. Resetting sales floor displays, creating attractive displays for our shoppers and keep the sales floor clean & organized.
This Supervisor will also be responsible for other areas in the absence of another Supervisor and/or the General Manager.
