ResponsibilitiesThe Technician II role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality products by performing essential manufacturing activities - including decontamination, material transfer, and equipment operation - in strict alignment with SOPs, work instructions, and customer‑specific requirements. You will also contribute to operational excellence by leveraging daily management practices to assess process performance, identify data‑driven improvements, and recommend effective countermeasures that strengthen overall productivity and quality.
This position reports to the Supervisor, is part of the Fast Turn Blocks and Clonal Products Value Stream located in Coralville, and will be an on-site role.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm-7:30am
- Accurately use aids and work instructions to make decisions about proper production flow based on product type or services.
- Use a variety of lab equipment to process products including maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols in accordance with work instructions and Maintenance Connection software
- An associate degree in a science related field and at least two years of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A bachelor’s degree
- Life Science work experience.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
