- In the Personal Lines Producer role, you must be an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong business-to-business relationships.
- Develop relationships with clients from the start, discovering their goals and challenges.
- Foster strong working relationships with carriers.
- Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business.
- Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings.
- Generate and pursue new client opportunities; bring new business prospects to closure.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to maximize growth and retention; cross-sell other products and develop opportunities for other business lines.
- Demonstrate outstanding relationship-building skills; leverage existing networks as appropriate.
- 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience.
- Personal insurance sales experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience selling to high net-worth individuals is a plus.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire; preference given to those with existing licensure and/or industry designations.
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines; good listening skills to determine client needs efficiently.
