As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead daily store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Supervise, support, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Create schedules, manage timecards, and ensure proper shift coverage
• Train and onboard new employees, maintaining service and product standards
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and product availability
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and performance targets
