Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world‑class guest experience in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share high‑quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest

    Experience:

    Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
  • Needs Assessment:
    Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Product

    Education:

    Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
  • End-to-End

    Experience:

    Facilitate a seamless guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) per company standards.
  • On‑Floor Engagement:
    Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to store needs.
  • Feedback & Action:
    Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take appropriate action and make it right for guests.
Working With Others
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
  • Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
  • Product Presentation:
    Restock, relocate, and present products according to company standards.
  • In-Store Technology:
    Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
  • Cleaning & Safety:
    Perform cleaning tasks and follow people safety policies.
  • Compliance:
    Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements Eligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have proof of Right to Work and meet local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
  • Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
Availability
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness
  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Work as part of a team and also independently.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
  • Education:

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.86/hour (varies by location). Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.86/hour.

lululemon compensation includes a pay-for-performance philosophy with eligibility for a competitive bonus program. Benefits may include: extended health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness/yoga classes, Parenthood top-up, development courses, mentorship programs, and leadership series. Eligibility requirements apply and programs may change.
