DescriptionDesign, plan and implement all payroll programs, policies, procedures, and audits. Responsible for ensuring compliance and all practices and policies comply with organizational needs and legal requirements. Leads and directs the work of payroll staff. Estimated salary range for this position is $93,867.22 - $ / year depending on experience.
QualificationsDegrees:
- Bachelors.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- APA Fundamental Payroll Certification.
Additional Qualifications:
- Prior payroll analyst experience in a large corporation.
- Working knowledge of payroll processing and administration.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required.
- Project management and organizational skills are necessary.
- Familiar with a variety of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Supervisory experience required.
