Associate Attorney – Family Law Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney to join a growing South Florida firm dedicated exclusively to marital and family law. This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail‑oriented attorney with 3+ years of family law experience who is looking to advance within a dynamic and high-performing practice. • Manage a full family law caseload from intake through final resolution
• Handle divorce, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, time sharing, parenting plans, alimony, child support, and domestic violence matters
• Prepare and argue motions; conduct discovery, take depositions, and attend mediations
• Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in family law
• Draft petitions, motions, pleadings, discovery, and all required legal documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues while independently managing caseload responsibilities
• Mentor junior attorneys or support staff when needed

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of family law and litigation experience
• Familiarity with the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience with hearings, mediations, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy
