Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an associate to join the Business Litigation practice in its Miami office.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.

• Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities from the outset.
• Draft opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.

• Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in bodily injury and commercial litigation.
• Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and have strong academics.
• Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are encouraged to apply.
